Will this get my account restricted?
No. Tem uses Instagram’s official API, sends one private reply per comment, and stays well under Instagram’s limits, it never blasts your followers. Running flat out is what gets accounts flagged, so Tem is built not to.

Does the follow gate really check?
Yes. Before sending the link, Tem asks Instagram whether the commenter follows you, using Meta’s own follow check. Most tools just ask the person and take their word for it. If Instagram cannot answer, Tem sends the link anyway rather than leaving someone waiting.
Do I pay per DM?
