Terms of Service

Last updated 20 September 2026. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Four Cents, which operates Tem.

By creating a Tem account or connecting Instagram, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Tem.

1. Who can use Tem

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You may only connect an Instagram professional account that you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

2. What Tem does

Tem watches comments on the Reels you choose and sends an automated private reply with your link when your keyword appears, then reports what happened. Tem uses Instagram’s official API and operates within Instagram’s limits. Tem does not guarantee any particular reach, follower, engagement, or sales result — examples shown are illustrative.

3. Plans, billing & cancellation

• Tem has a free tier and paid plans. Prices are shown in-app; Indian customers are billed via Razorpay, others via Stripe.
• In India, paid plans are prepaid for the period you choose — there is no auto-renew mandate unless you set one up.
• You can cancel any time; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: send spam, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content; send links to malware, fraud, or content that violates any law or third-party rights; use Tem to harass anyone; or use Tem in any way that breaches Instagram’s Terms or Meta’s Platform Policies. You are solely responsible for the links and messages you configure, including affiliate links and any required disclosures. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put connected accounts at risk.

5. Instagram & Meta

Tem is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. Your use of Instagram remains governed by Instagram’s own terms, and Instagram may change its API or limits at any time, which can affect Tem.

6. Disclaimers & liability

Tem is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Four Cents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any action taken by Instagram/Meta against your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Tem in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Termination & changes

You can stop using Tem and delete your account any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
